We want to reinforce our team in Gent, Belgium with a ‘versatile’ functional analyst.

Your key responsibilities?

You are a team player who likes to analyze the customer challenges into reusable product features. You convert actual business-requirements into client product configuration and define new feature functionalities. You take the responsibility for elaborating and documenting into user-stories. You get to know the in’s and out’s of the product-lifecycle. You will play an important role in Harmoney’s product development cycle, so we want you to be critical and, above all, a real team-player.

Key roles and tasks

• You have experience as a functional software analyst and write clear user-stories

• You have a functional mindset, but can support this with some technical-research

• You work in a scrum environment as scrum-master and maintain the product-backlog

• You support our constant pursuit of the best quality assurance

• You have expertise in writing tutorials, how-tos and other marketing materials

• You are open to support the design process

• You are interested in software product lifecycle

• Already worked with the Atlassian agile project management tool (JIRA) and collaboration tool (confluence) would be great

• The Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 tool-set are well known

• It’s a plus to understand/have hands-on experience with a HTTP-client, like POSTman

• Willing to learn, or already familiar with Git, Bitbucket, ...
