UI/UX Designer
Harmoney is looking for a UI/UX Designer to reinforce the team.
As UI/UX Designer you will need to be analytical, being able to assess the impact of all design and usability changes, in collaboration with our project manager and team, is key.
Your job?
You will release qualitative, mobile first deliverables and will confidently make — and defend — data and user backed design decisions. You will be able to use existing brand guidelines in a creative way, using them as a framework and going one step forward when needed. We look forward to your experience with design systems related to both implementation and maintenance with a high degree of consistency .
You will:
- Create low and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Prototyping : create clickable, end-to-end journey of the mock-ups, that allows users to test the screens.
- Work on the creation of a library of user interface components.
- Work on the creation of branding element, icons, illustrations, etc., complementary with the existing brand guidelines.
- Take into account technical and business requirements to deliver mobile first, intuitive, user-centred solutions
- Communicate your deliverables to key stakeholders, both business or more technical profiles
Your experience?
- Min 2 years experience as a UI/UX Designer. Working knowledge of design, prototyping & know proficiently how to use Figma and maintain design systems.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI
- Good knowledge of HTML5 is a strong plus
- English is of key importance , French or Dutch with basic knowledge of the other language
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills & capacity to work under minimal supervision
- Eye for detail and being able to take an helicopter view to guarantee consistent design
