About the EMEA Technology Fast 500
The Deloitte EMEA Technology Fast 500 ranks the fastest-growing technology companies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, from the Nordics to the Gulf. It recognises companies that turn ambition into measurable growth: scaling their impact, expanding into new markets, and helping shape the region's technology ecosystem.
The 2025 edition, "Ambition at scale," backs that ambition with real numbers: 500 companies across 24 countries, an average growth rate of 1,132%, and 152 companies growing faster than 1,000%. Deloitte reads this year's cohort as a turning point, from rapid experimentation toward scalable business models and disciplined, sustainable growth.
We are proud that Harmoney is one of Belgium's FinTech companies on this year's list, with 372.99% revenue growth over the qualifying period.
What this recognition reflects
This is the second year in a row Harmoney has been recognised by Deloitte, after being nominated for the 2025 Technology Fast 50 in Belgium last year. Placing in the EMEA-wide Fast 500 marks a step up, from a national nomination to a ranked position among the fastest-growing technology companies across the whole region.
For our team, that growth reflects demand from financial institutions across Belgium, France, Luxembourg and beyond for a single, connected platform, instead of running KYC and AML across email threads, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. That demand will only grow as the EU's Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR) takes effect from mid-2027, bringing a single rulebook, a new enforcement authority (AMLA), and stricter UBO and risk assessment requirements. A connected platform turns that shift into a configuration change rather than a scramble, and leaves compliance teams more time for the cases that need their judgement.
