Since 1975, Trends has been Belgium’s leading financial and economic magazine. For the past 25 years, it has celebrated growing companies in Flanders and the Brussels-Capital Region with the Trends Gazellen award. Selection is based solely on performance, not sales pitches or marketing claims.
Companies are assessed on three clear criteria:
- Growth in added value
- Growth in employee numbers
- Growth in cash flow
Additionally, companies must have at least ten employees and be operationally independent.
